LUBRICANTS AND GREASES

For packing lubricants and greases, the following types of packages are available:
Tinplate cans of 250 ml to 25 litre capacity. They are of following types.

LUBRICANTS

Cylindrical (Round) cans of diameters from 65 mm to 228 mm. These cans could be supplied with one end seamed and the other open, to be seamed at the customer’s plant after filling, or both ends seamed and with a spout hole which, after filling, can be fitted with a Plastic Pull-up Spout

Rectangular cans in three cross-sections. In these cans typically both ends are seamed, and the top is fitted witha Tinplate Bridge Handle and a Metal Neck through which filling is done. A metal or plastic screw closure is used to seal the neck, or a Galvanised Wire or Plastics handle and a spout hole, which, after filling can be fitted with a Plastic Pull-up Spout

Cylindrical Drums of up to 25 litre capacity, with a pail handle made of Galvanised Wire fitted to the body of the drum or Galvanised Wire Handle fitted to the top a metal neck through which filling is done and a metal inner seal and a screw cap fitted after filling, or a spout hole, which, after filling, can be closed with a Plastics Pull-up Spout.

Conical Pails (Conipails) of up to 25 litre capacity, with a lug lid and Plastic Pull-up Spout.

FOR GREASES

Cylindrical (Round) Tinplate cans of diameters from 84 mm to 175 mm. These cans are seamed with an end at the bottom and a ring at the top. A loose lid is supplied which is fitted after filling the pack.
Conical Pails (Conipails) of up to 25 litre capacity, with lug lid.
