The cans can be printed in multiple colours to a very high quality in customer’s designs. The cans can be internally plain or lacquer lined, with either buffer / pigmented or Gold Lacquer. The can ends can be plain, coated and/or printed to customer’s requirements. Several types of handles, such as Tinplate Bridge handles, Galvanised Wire Handles, Pail Wire handles can be fitted to the cans depending on customer’s requirements and end use. Dayal metals have inhouse capacity for most of the Printed Tinplate Sheets and Can Components use for fabricating cans. Dayal Metals use only Prime quality tinplate from reputed, approved tinplate mills. Dayal Metals has excellent coating and printing facilities for metal decoration on the sheets. Dayal owns the best quality lacquers, coatings, inks and varnishes. Dayal metals owns well equipped Press Shop where the various types and sizes of can components are manufactured and assembled using very high-quality dies and tools on modern equipment. Components undergo inspection and testing at all stages of manufacture. The Printed Sheets are supplied, well packed in skids and Can components pack either in cartons or large metal bins.
